Shelia Dale Johnson, 59, of Bonita Springs, FL passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 3, 2016. She had been a resident of Bonita Springs since the age of 12, coming from Alabama.
Shelia was born June 16, 1957 in Hartselle, AL a daughter of Red and Ruby Keenum. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and knitting but most important to Shelia was the time she spent with her grandchildren. She also loved watching sunsets.
Survivors include her loving children, Angela Johnson of Estero, FL, Jennifer Johnson of Bonita Springs, FL, Olivia Johnson of Fort Myers, FL, Troy Johnson of Bonita Springs, FL and Mandy Johnson of Fort Myers, FL; mother, Ruby Keenum; siblings, Mack (Liz) McDonald, Bonnie (the late George Lee) Cooper, Sue McDonald Dulaney, Bertha Henderson, and Connie Nicholson all of Alabama; 12 cherished grandchildren, Travis, Trenton, Mckenzie, Lorna, Preston, Tanner, Ashton, Landon, Trey, Avery, Bryson, Teagen; and companion of 25 years, Kenneth Lehman of Bonita Springs. She was preceded in death by her father, Red Keenum and granddaughter, Adyson Reign Johnson. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Shikany’s Bonita Funeral Home, 28300 Tamiami Trail So., Bonita Springs, FL 34134.
Burial will follow at Naples Memorial Gardens.
