Beatrice P. Huber, 63, of Route 1, Bethalto, died at 4:28 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Born in Wood River, a daughter of Alice (McFetridge) Lasbury of Wood River and the late Edwin Lasbury, she married Howard Huber on Jan. 27, 1949, in Alton.

In addition to her mother and husband, surviving are three sisters, Mildred Evans of Wilmington, Del., Ada Goodman of East Alton and Alice Dvorchak of Wood River; and two brothers, William K. Lasbury of Wheeling, W.Va., and Lester Lasbury of Wood River.

visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Marks Mortuary where a rosary will be recited at 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Bethalto with the Rev. William Kekeisen as celebrant.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Huber was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Edwin Lasbury and one sister, Dorothy Considine.

Burial will be in Woodland Hill Cemetery in Wood River, and the church's building fund has been named as a memorial.
