Debra June Pierson, 60, of Princeton passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30, at her Princeton home. She was born on June 25, 1956, in Princeton to Herman John and Eunice Lucille (Lind) Pierson. She graduated from Princeton High School in 1974 and then graduated from University of Illinois. She worked at Union Hall at the University of Illinois; the Carle Clinic, in the food services department, in Urbana; and then was later employed by Colonial Hall in Princeton. She was also a volunteer at the Closet in Princeton.
Debra was a member of the First Lutheran Church, the Library Committee and also the quilters group at her church. She enjoyed genealogy, gardening, cooking and her two cats.
