Richard L. Neill, age 88, of Council Bluffs, passed away December 4, 2016 at his home.
Dick was born August 21, 1928 in Council Bluffs to the late Harry R. and Esther L. (Harkins) Neill. He graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1947 and attended U.N.O. Dick was a sheet metal worker for the Union Pacific Railroad for 41 years, retiring in 1988. He was a member of Bluff City Lodge #71 A.F.& A.M.
In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his 1st wife, Virginia Neill on May 2, 2002.
