Hutchins, Shirley Ann (nee: Williams), of Wentzville, MO, died on Sunday, December 4, 2016, at the age of 73. Loving Wife of the late William "Hutch" Hutchins; beloved daughter of the late Ralph and Dorothy Williams; devoted mother of Beth (Michael) Thompson and Christine Bryant; cherished grandmother of Morgan Bryant (Adam DeSilva), Alexander Bryant, Samuel (Marie) Thompson, and Daniel Thompson; dear sister of David (Pat) Williams, Linda Manor, and John Williams; sister-in-law of Richard Hutchins and Gerry (Donna) Hutchins; Shirley was also survived by her precious dog Doolittle, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and will be dearly missed by all. Shirley was preceded in death by her brother, Larry Williams, and niece, Grace Irene Cornett.

Shirley served on the Board of Directors of the Saint Charles County Historical Society; and served as its President during 1981-1982.

Memorials may be made to St. Theodore Catholic Church.
