He leaves behind his father, Glen (Carol) Rowe of Wayne; his loving wife Rhoda; three daughters, Alison Rowe of Barboursville, W.Va., Lilyan Rowe of Lavalette, and Amber Stone, also of Barboursville; two sons, Jacob Rowe of Lavalette, and Anthony Stone of Huntington; two sisters, Michelle Ash of Elkins, W.Va. and Jaime Wallace of Wayne; one brother, Lee Lilly of Alabama; and paternal grandmother Mary Rowe of Wayne.
Also surviving are his parents-in-law, Mary Adkins of Ona, W.Va., and Doug Adkins of Branchland, W.Va.; sister-in-law, Vanessa Hensley of Branchland; and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2016 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Copley Cemetery. Friends may call after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
