Aviatrix, Antifascist Fighter. A native of Barcelona, Colomer was the first woman aviator in Spanish Aviation's history. On January 19, 1931, at the age of 18, Colomer obtained her aviator license and started working as a trainer. Loyal to the Spanish Republican Government, after the Spanish Civil War, Colomer was forced into exile and then settled in England. She died in Surrey and according her wishes, her remains were cremated.
