Note: there is likely no surviving grave marker for Bethia, though her father has a grave marker in this cemetery. See note in her husband's memorial.

Bethia was the daughter of John Fenno and Rachel Newcomb of Stoughton, Mass. She married in Dorchester on 15 Dec 1713 Charles Wentworth, the son of John Wentworth and Martha [Miller?] of Dorchester and Stoughton. She and her husband lived their lives in the part of Stoughton that became Canton, and had eight children, six of whom reached maturity and married. Of note is that Charles and Bethia lived to celebrate their 66th wedding anniversary, and died within two and a half months of each other.
