Judy Harris "Granny" Teague, 74, of 102 Independence Ave. and wife of Earl W. Teague, Jr., passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016, at her home.
Born in Gaffney, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence and Alpha Poole Harris. A member of Beaverdam Baptist Church, she was a homemaker and a former textile employee.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by: her children, Myra Ann Brown of Myrtle Beach, Charles William Warren (Jennie) of Cowpens, and Kenneth Warren of Gaffney; step-children, Elizabeth Morgan of Laurens, Scottie Earl Teague of Laurens, Jake Morgan, of Clinton, and Teresa Morgan of Spartanburg; a sister, Pauline McSwain of Gaffney; numerous loving grand and great grand children; and numerous, special nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at Forest Lawn Cemetery conducted by Rev. Phil Bryson.
The family will be at the residence and will receive friends Monday, December 5, 2016, at The Kennedy Mortuary from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
