DAVIS, Pearl Wooldridge, 96, formerly of Richmond, departed this life November 24, 2016. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn D. Harris and Scherlyn Macklin; two grandchildren, Dr. Daryl H. Thorne (Ricardo) and Jamie R. Macklin; two great-grandchildren, Tiani and Seon Thorne; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Walter J. Manning Funeral Home, 700 N. 25th St., where the family will receive friends Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 4 to 5 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Mount Tabor Baptist Church, 2011 Fairmount Ave., on Monday, at 11:30 a.m. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
