September 30, 2014 Bernice Blair Caudill, 71, of Letcher passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at the Hospice Care Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Bernice was the daughter of the late Brady and Stella Elam Blair. She was the widow of Charles Caudill. Surviving is 2 daughters: Charlotte Caudill of Nicholasville and Jeanette Johnson of Morehead; 1 brother: Earl Bud Blair of Jeremiah; 4 sisters: Ruth Price, Dorothy Ison, and Jeri Blair all of Blackey, and Josie Blair of Letcher; 3 grandchildren: Jennifer Rutherford, Justin Johnson, and David Caudill Bryant; 2 great grandchildren: Jacob Rutherford and Aiden Rutherford. Bernice was preceded in death by 1 brother: Bernard Blair; 1 sister: Faye Polk. Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Bruce Gilley Jr. and Danny Dixon officiating. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. Thursday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Blair Cemetery at Crases Branch, Kentucky.
