Union Bridge, died Friday, Jan. 18,
1991, at Carroll County General
Hospital after a short illness.
Born March 19, 1906, he was the
son of the late Guy and Elizabeth May
Bohn Singer. He was the husband of
Margaret King Singer.
He was employed as a foreman
with Lehigh Cement Company for 47
years, retiring in 1971. He was a
member of Union Bridge United
Methodist Church. He was a member
of the Union Bridge Fire Company.
- Surviving in addition to his wife
are sons Marvin L. Singer of Westminster
and James K. Singer of
Hartwell, Ga.; brother Clarence
Singer of near Union Bridge; sisters,
Amy Singer of Frederick and Evelyn
Houck of Union Bridge; nine grandchildren;
two step-grandchildren;
eight great-grandchildren; and three
step-great-grandchildren.
