Kenneth “Kenny” Gray Wiggins, 79, of Mooresville, NC, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016 at his home. He was born in Mooresville on March 1, 1937 to the late Carl Bell and Corine Wilson Wiggins. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Harold Sloan Wiggins and brother-in-law, Don Belk. Kenny worked as a Front Line Supervisor for Reynolds Metals before his retirement. He was a graduate of Mt. Ulla High School and a former member of Centre Presbyterian Church.
Kenny is survived by his wife, Mildred Corriher Wiggins; children, Lori W. Pruitt (David), Daren Gray Wiggins (Teresa) and Rodney Lynn Wiggins (Sherri); sister, Patty Belk; brothers, John Carl “Foot” Wiggins (Mary Agnes) and Leonard Wiggins (Barbara); sister-in-law, Karen Wiggins; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Travis Pruitt (Janice) and their children, Jakson and William Gray, Wayne Pruitt, Brandon Gray Wiggins (Brandi), Sydney Blake Wiggins, Stephanie Blair Wiggins and her son, Braylon Hager, Taylor Brooke W. Hager and her children, Wyatt Hager and Avery Bentz, and Luke Ryan Wiggins.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, December 1 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
