She was born in Virginia and was a computer operator. She served in the Navy.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Devenney; daughters, Cheryl Linville and Teresa Dachtler; son, William Dachtler; sisters, Patsy Kearney and Ruby Biggs; brother, Danny McCoy; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery, Point Loma.
Inurnment: Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
Arrangements: California Cremation & Burial Chapel, 2200 Highland Ave., National City.
