Agnes A. Franklin, a lifelong resident of Ferndale, died last Tuesday of heart failure at Anne Arundel General Hospital following a lengthy illness. Ms. Franklin, 89, was born in Carroll County, and worked as a registered nurse in the various doctors offices. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She is survived by her nephews M. Holmes Franklin, Charles Franklin(actually he died in 1985)of Glen Burnie and Edward Franklin of Takoma Park; and a neice, Ruth Franklin of Glen Burnie. Graveside services were held Wednesday at 3 pm at the Glen Haven Memorial Park.
