Frank J. Giudici of Bordentown passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016, at Centra State Medical Center, Freehold.

Born in Trenton, he resided in Bordentown before moving to Jackson in 2010.

Frank served in the U.S. Army from 1943 to 1946 during World War II with the 69th Division in the European Theater of Operation. He then served in the N.J. Army National Guard from 1952 to 1982, and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer Four. He received many honors and commendations during his military career including the Meritorious Service Medal.

Frank was a great cook who enjoyed trying new and different recipes. He had a love for gardening, and was an avid reader. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Son of the late Emilio and Maria (Benedetti) Giudici, He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara Giudici Knapp; sister, Lena Faone, brother, Joseph Giudici; and sister-in-law, Lillian Giudici.

Frank is survived by his loving wife, Hedwig Giudici; his children, Stephen and Linda Gerard, Robert and Laura Giudici, Christine and Christopher Sprowl, and Thomas Knapp; his five grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Chloe, Natalie, and Brian; his three great-grandchildren, Thompson, Samuel, and Willa; his siblings, Frances and Anthony Carlucci, and Ernest Giudici; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and his Sunrise of Jackson Family.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at St. Mary's Church, 45 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. The visitation will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bordentown Home for Funerals, 40 Crosswicks St., Bordentown. Interment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton.

Memorial donations may be made in Frank's name to a charity of one's choice.
