Jon "Mike" Smith age 67 of Saint Petersburg, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2016, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Syracuse, NY, on February 9, 1949 to the late William Smith and the late Lorraine Shoup. He is preceded in death by his sister, Tommie Davis.
Jon is survived by his wife of 25 years, Dawn; son, Michael (Michelle) Smith; step-daughter, Maria Mousseau; brother, William (Nancy) Smith; grandchildren, Gabriel, Sean, and Elleana Smith; nieces, Sara Smith-Bateman, Jessica Davis-Tecler and Meredith (Jamie) Comstock; nephews, Zach Smith, Travis Davis.
Funeral services will be held at Noon, Saturday, November 19, at the Harter Funeral Home, 9 Washington Avenue, Mexico NY. Burial will follow in the Mexico Village Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to Noon at the funeral home prior to the service.
