Obituary:
Mary Langan, an aged lady, living 80 West Creighton avenue, died last Saturday evening, having attained the 89th year of her age. (Mon., March 19, 1888; Fort Wayne Daily News)

This morning, from the Cathedral, occurred the funeral of the late Mrs. Langan. The deceased was a venerable lady whose fifty years residence in this city endeared her to a large number of friends. For some time past the lady has been staying with her son-in-law, George Baer, of Creighton avenue. (March 20, 1888; Fort Wayne Daily News)
