James V. Worthen, 82, of Prescott, Arizona, born Nov. 29, 1934, at Scottfield in Belleville, Illinois, passed quietly on Nov. 21, 2016.
Jim is survived by his wife, Donna Worthen, of 60 years; children, Linda Bruce (Dave), Sharon Pierson (George); grandchildren, Tim Pierson (Lori), Andrew Pierson, Sarah Pierson; and great grandson Nolan Pierson.
Jim was an Army veteran.
