He lived in Lexington before recently settling in Northport, AL. He served in the United States Army in the Korean War where he received a Purple Heart. He worked over 30 years at Reynolds Metals in Sheffield, AL.
Visitation will be at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville, AL, Saturday December 3, 2016 from 1 to 2 pm for the family, 2 to 3 pm for the public. There will be a grave-side service at 3:30 pm at Mountain Home Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his son Larry McInnish, grand-daughter Kimberly Thackston, grand-son Joseph McInnish and great grand-daughter Shelby Hercula. Brothers; William, Horace, Nevin Jr., Max, Charles and Melvin McInnish. Sisters; Lutine Pickard and Ollie Mae Thomas.
