THE HENRY BULLETIN, Martinsville, Va., Fri., Dec. 12, 1930, Funeral services for the late Christopher Landis Stovall, 70, who passed away in a Winston-Salem hospital, December 5th, following an illness of several years duration, were held here Saturday afternoon and interment made in Oakwood Cemetery. The deceased was formerly a resident of this county, moving from Martinsville to Winston-Salem in 1900. He was connected with a tobacco manufacturing firm in that city during recent years. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. C. W. Eanes of this city; Mrs. Albert Menefee of Roanoke, Mrs. Bynum Davis and Miss Mary Stovall, both of Winston-Salem, two sons, C. Landis Stovall and J. R. Stovall, both of Winston-Salem. He was a brother-in-law of Mrs. John W. Cheshire of this city.
