Regina Faye Yvonne Ward (Harmon) passed away in Arlington, TX, where she had been a resident since 2004.
Regina was born in Ivy Creek, KY to Forrest D. and Meleathie Lewis. A graduate of Cornersville High School, class of '79, she went on to enjoy a 23 year career in the United States Navy, during which she spent 2 years as a recruiter in the greater Nashville area. She retired to Arlington, TX in Dec. 2003 and worked for the Arlington PD until the time of her death.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Navy military honors. She will be laid to rest beside her mother at the New Hope Cemetery at Cherry Corner.
The family will be at Cornersville Funeral Home Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. for visitation.
