Mr. Willard F. Phillips, 77, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Mr. Phillips was born in Bulloch County to the late Frank & Grace Phillips. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Terri Thibodeaux.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale. He was a member of Insulators Local #96 and was the owner/operator of Bloomingdale Septic Tank Service.
The visitation will be on Wednesday from 10 until 11:30 a.m. with the funeral to follow at 11:30 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
