Alma Ozell Felts Rawson, was born to Monroe Vanoy and Alma Rachael (Gober) Felts on May 13, 1940 in Belton, TX. Alma was 1 of 16 children, raised by her Aunt and Uncle Amon Loggings. She lived life to the fullest, traveling, admiring God’s work; she spent her years preaching the word of God. Her heart was always open, she loved everyone. Alma always kept her word when given, helping anyone she could. Her heart was gold, filled with more love than anyone could imagine. She always spoke her mind. When Alma could no longer travel, she settled in Carlsbad, NM. Her time was spent with family and friends. She was "Granny" to many. Alma's hobbies included woodworking, sewing, sitting at lower Tansil, and going to Sonic.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 11 siblings and 2 great-grandchildren.
Alma is survived by children: Eugenia Hope of NM, Billy Watkins, wife Mary, Doretha Mackey, and Donnie Eubanks all of TX ; siblings: Betty Brown of MS, Ronnie Bishop, Sandy Wigginton, and Sue Moore, all of TX; grandchildren: David Wells, wife Christina, Cassandra Lopez, husband Leo, Chiara Campbell, and Dominique Rodriquez; 7 great-grandchildren and numerous people she was "Granny" to.
