Janet (Bowden) Warren, better known to her friends as Jan, was born in Santa Maria, California on June 7, 1939 and passed away October 27, 2016 at the age of 77.

She was a retired insurance secretary and homemaker. Janet lived her life to the fullest, was an avid community volunteer, a loyal friend and loving mother, grandmother, sister, and wife. She loved hiking, painting and her four-legged friends.

Janet is proceeded in death by her son, Bobby Zanella.

She is survived by her daughters, Jeanne Hagopian and husband, Jim and Ginnie Day-Nash; sons, Gregg Zanella and wife, Meredith Pipestem and Mike Bowden and wife, Wendie; sisters, Bonnie Barnes, Linda Madruga and Marie Fernandes; her husband, Frank Warren Jr., and his daughters, Karyn McGill, Kelli Duckworth, and Stacy Warren; she will be missed by her grandchildren, Aubrie Hagopian, Troy Hagopian, Dominic Day, Hannah Day, Cortney Woodward, Ashley Bowden, Kim Moran, Carolyn Granger, Tiffany Grey, Todd McGill, Courtney Yriarte, Ryan Yriarte, Makenzie Duckworth; and her nine great grandchildren.

A burial service was held at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Gustine, California on Tuesday, November 1, 2016.

A memorial service will be held at Kingsburg Church of Christ on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
