Linda Mae Hardy-Singleton, 67 of Yakima, died February 16, 2016 at Cottage in the Meadow, surrounded by her family. She was born March 13, 1948 in Akron, Ohio. She attended the Akron public schools.
Linda enjoyed cooking, decorating, shopping and spending time with the family.
She is survived by her mother: Elizabeth Ann Hardy; three sons: James Lee Hatton III, Anthony Heard, and Ricky McDuffy; two daughters: Vera (Howard) Dobbins and Yevette Darcelle (Derrick) Black; two sisters: Phyllis Booker, and Patty Elaine Hardy Forte; numerous grand and great-great grand-children. She was preceded in death by her father: Sam Hardy Jr; husband: Willie Bob Singleton; two sisters: Aris Hatton and Pam Singleton; and three brothers: Steven Hardy, Sam Hardy and Bruce Hardy.
Celebration of life will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 19, 2016 at Shaw & Sons Funeral Directors.
Memorials may be made to the Cottage in the Meadow.
