LETTS, Iowa — Richard Jr. Stock, 86, of Letts, Iowa, passed away Saturday, Nov. 26, 2016, at Colonial Manor Care Center, Columbus Junction, Iowa. No services are planned. Cremation rights have been facilitated by the FCS Life Transition and Cremation Center, located within Muscatine Memorial Park. A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Richard's name. Online condolences may be left to the family at lewisfuneralhomes.com. The Stacy-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for Richard and his family.

Richard Jr. Stock was born May 25, 1930, in Davenport, to George and Amanda (Rerrick) Stock.

Richard was united in marriage to Shirley Creech, later he was united in marriage to Marge McBee. He worked at Dohrn Transfer as a truck driver for many years; he enjoyed gardening, was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with family and friends.

Richard will be dearly missed by his two children, Debbie Calvert of Letts, and Randy Stock of Linden, Indiana; four grandchildren, Jessie Calvert, Carla Calvert, Jade McLaughlin and Dacoda Perrin; brother, Russ Stock of LeClaire.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and eight siblings, Marge Bates, Irene Stock, Jimie Stock, Paul Stock, Don Stock, Robert Stock, Grace Quick and Kenny Stock.
