Obit: Council Bluffs Iowa Nonpareil December 26, 1962
Donald William Armstrong, 4 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Armstrong of 1801 Avenue B, died Tuesday at a local hospital. Death was apparently due to a virus pneumonia.
Survivors besides the parents include: three sisters, Debray (sic), Diane, and Denise, all at home; brother, Charles Jr., at home; two grandmothers, Mrs. Mary Armstrong of Omaha and Mrs. Max Woolsey of Van Buren, Neb.
Graveside services were held Wednesday afternoon at Walnut Hill Cemetery. The Rev. Claire Shupe, pastor of Epworth Methodist Church, officiated. Woodring Funeral Home was in charge.
