Rosemary was born March 21, 1946 in Berkeley, California to Reed Cott Richardson and Judith Bell Bunbury Richardson. Rosemary was the third of four rambunctious girls.

Rosemary passed away on November 24, 2016 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Rosemary was surrounded by her family at her passing.

Rosemary attended several schools throughout her education, culminating in a Juris Doctorate from S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah, where she became one of the "First 100 Women Attorneys in the State of Utah."

Rosemary practiced law for twenty-five years, primarily for Utah Power & Light-PacifiCorp. She kept her law license and continued to stay involved in law and other activities right up until her passing.

Rosemary married Bruce Jensen on November 20, 1982 and stayed faithfully married for thirty-four years. During that time, she had two sons: Thomas William Jensen and Jonathan Reed Jensen.

Rosemary loved being around people. She was so very outgoing and typically the life of the party. She loved children, the arts, reading, movies, holidays, skiing, projects, and being around her close-knit extended family and friends. She always enjoyed a good challenge, of which she typically accomplished making it look easy.

Rosemary is survived by her husband, Bruce William Jensen; and two sons, Thomas William Jensen and Jonathan Reed Jensen; along with her sisters, Pamela Greenwood (David), Kathy Kankainen (Eric), and Becky Juhlin (Jeff). Furthermore, we must add that she is survived by all of her wonderful, lifelong friends who she loved dearly.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. It will be located in the Fortuna Ward Chapel, 4407 South Fortuna Way (3695 East), Olympus Cove. A viewing in her honor will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary, 3401 South Highland Drive (1450 East), East Millcreek, and prior to the services at the church on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Interment will be at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park immediately after the services.
