She was born, raised and educated in Brockton a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Nartiff) Asiaf. She remained a lifelong resident of the city. She had been employed for many years at Avon Sole in Avon. She had also been the computer operator at Cumberland Farms Headquarters in Canton. She also had been a hostess at Christos Restaurant, Brockton.
Mrs. Lewis was well known at the local Bingo halls. She loved bowling and traveled with her husband to many tournaments on the East Coast winning many trophies.
Mrs. Lewis will always be remembered as the “White Tornado”.
She had been a longtime communicant of St. Theresa Maronite Catholic Church.
She was the sister of the late Mildred Haglund, Margaret Mather and Robert Asiaf.
