Daughter of Peter and Levina Sheakley Heasley, she married T. B. Osborn, lived at 43 Venango St, Rocky Grove, died there of myocarditis and arteriosclerosis, per death certificate 82892, whose informant was her husband. Buried Sep 13 1935.


Per Pennsylvania, County Marriage Records, on Jun 12 1888 in Clarion Co, PA, Sarah J. Heasley, 33, daughter of Peter and Lavina Heasley, married Thomas B. Osborn, 37, son of B. F. and Elizabeth Osborn.


Oil City Derrick, Wednesday, Sep 11 1935:

Mrs. T. B. Osborn died at 4 pm Tuesday at her home, 43 Venango St. after a long illness. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Heasley, born in Clarington, Forest County, March 18, 1855.


She lived in Clarington almost all her life until 15 years ago when she moved to Franklin. She was a member of the Methodist church of Clarington. She was admired and respected by a host of friends.


On June 12, 1889, she married T. B. Osborne, who survives, with children, Mrs. L. C. Manigle, Mrs. John Shadeline, Mrs. Charles Stone, Ben Osborn and Tom Osborn, all of Franklin, and Joseph Osborn of Oil City; a step-daughter, Mrs. R. W. Beers of Tampa, FL; three brothers, Elmer Heasley of Clarington, Frank Heasley of Worthington, and D. G. Heasley of Orlando, FL; and 16 grandchildren.


Services in her memory will be conducted Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock at her late residence and interment in the Franklin cemetery will follow the services.
