Mr. Fred Wade, age 82, of Murfreesboro, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016.
Funeral services will be 12 PM Tuesday, November 29, 2016, at Riverdale Church of Christ. Frederick Wade will be eulogist, with burial to follow in Willow Mount Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors one hour prior to service Tuesday at the church.
He was born October 20, 1934, in Christiana, to the late Miller and Jennie Rucker Wade. He was retired from General Electric Corporation and a veteran of the United States Army.
Preceding him in death were brothers and a sister, Robert Wade, John Wade, Melvin Wade, and Mary K. Wade.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Bailey Wade, of Murfreesboro; two sons, Frederick (Tonyia) Wade and Tyrone C. Wade; four daughters, Vanessa (George) Nelson, Gloria Nelson, Delphine (Vincent) Hampton, and Freda Wade; eight grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
Feldhaus Memorial Chapel assisted the family with the arrangements.
