Danish King. Ruled there 1250-1252. Duke of Schleswig (now in Germany) 1232-1252. Assassinated by a wheelwright named Henner on Husum Bridge near Eiderstedt. Buried first at Schleswig Cathedral, then moved to Gottorf.
