Mr. Lee Colon Foster, age 72, of North Wilkesboro, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 27th, 2016 3:00 PM, at Scenic Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Sherrill Wellborn and Rev. Eddie Tharpe officiating. Burial with Military Honors by Post 1142 Honor Guard will be in Scenic Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Foster was born January 23, 1944 in Wilkes County to Albert Kelcie and Vivian Mae Watson Foster. He was Self Employed. Mr. Foster was a member of Hinshaw Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister; Coila Fern Foster McNeil and four brothers; John Garvin Foster, Rex Garner Foster, Hubert Morrison and Albert Waldon Foster.

He is survived by his wife; Linda Bunton Foster of the home, one sister; Ethelene Foster Eller and husband Max of Wilkesboro, three brothers; Arby Claxton Foster and wife Violet of Flordia, James Curtis Foster and wife Dorothy of Purlear, Albert Kelcie Foster, Jr. and wife Arlene of Wilkesboro.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made Wake Forest Care at Home Hospice, 126 Executive Drive, Suite 110, Wilkesboro, NC 28697.
