Dorothy Elaine (Parker) Tierney, 78, a resident of Raynham, died peacefully at home on Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was the wife of the late Edward R. Tierney and Frederick Ienello. Born and raised in Quincy, she was a graduate of Quincy High School. Dorothy resided in Taunton for 15 years before moving to Raynham over a year ago. She worked for Boston Mutual in Canton for 8 years before retiring in 1993.
Dorothy was the mother of Frederick Ienello of Brockton, Jana M. Sullivan and her husband Bob of Raynham and the late Michelle Olson and Paul Ienello. She was the grandmother of Kevin, Jennifer, Nicole, Ashley, Kimberly and Lauren. She was the sister of Mary Chevalier and her husband Jack of Taunton. She is also survived by 2 great-granddaughters and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, April 29 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
