Paula Faye Watkins was born on July 27, 1972 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Jr. Chandler and wife Janie and Joyce Lawson and husband Steve of London.
She was united in marriage to Michael Ray Watkins who survives. She is also survived by three children, Kyle and Conner Watkins and Tyanna Branstetter all of East Bernstadt, her brothers, Dalton and Jamie Chandler of London and Gary Allen and wife Kim of Manchester, her mother and father-in-law, Woodie and Carol Watkins of East Bernstadt, her grandparents, Daisy Vaughn Cordell of East Bernstadt and Eva Lawson of London, grandchildren, Faith Robinson, Mack Fields and Abby Pittman, special friends, Sherry Watkins, Rhonda Saylor, Regina Voeks, Richard Vaughn and Whitney McCoy plus a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Loren Cordell, Anderson "Pegib" and Hester Allen.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Philpot Chapel Baptist Church.
Paula departed this life on Thursday, November 24, 2016, being 44 years, 3 months and 27 days of age. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Sat. Nov. 26, 2016 at Bowling Funeral Home with James Allen, James Allen and James Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Vaughn Cemetery in London. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Saturday until the funeral hour of 1:00 PM In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Bowling Funeral Home to assist with funeral expense.
