Our Dear Pattie passed away in Honolulu, Hawaii on Thanksgiving day 2016 as a result of heart failure. She was 73 years old.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing her long time friend and partner Al of Kapaau; her three sons Marc (Amy), Obediah (Jen) and Eric (Marcie); her two daughters Lenora Marie and Sarah Rose (Grif), and her ex-husband Mel R. Levine.
She is survived by seven grandchildren, Joseph, Rachael, Ethan, Quinn, Bellarose, Isla and Malina.
Pattie is also survived by her brothers Jon (Brenda), David (Carol), and Tony (Katheryn) all of California, as well as half brothers Jesse of Santa Barbara, California and Michael of Las Vegas, Nevada. She also leaves behind two sisters Pamela Ann Duncan Lago of Oregon and Cinthia Marie Duncan Wilson of Kapaau.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Paul Anthony Robison Duncan and Madonna Ruth Arnold, three sisters, Elizabeth Gerard Duncan, Paulanna Duncan Farrell, Madonna Faye Duncan Adams Rumney, and her ex-husband Paul Molitor III.
A memorial celebration of her life was held on Sunday, December 18th, 2016 at Keokea Beach Park near her home of many years in Hawi, Hawaii.
