Mary, 92, passed away on November 22, 2016. She was born to Elmer and Katie (Stolz) Franklin.
Mary was the youngest of 8 children. She was a resident of Mason for 90 years, a member of the Eastern Star (OES), and the First United Methodist Church of Mason. She was also a member of the Mason Women's Club and the Monday Morning Coffee Divas
.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 60 years, Hugh in 2007; and 7 siblings.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her 2 daughters, Cyndi (Dick) Cummings, Debbie (Kory) Deason; 6 grandchildren, Caitlin (Greg) Hall, Ashley (Andy) Tauscher, Ben Cummings, Kiley (Sarah Monks) Deason, and Nick Deason; as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church of Mason, Mason, MI. Please be sure to wear pink to celebrate Mary's life.
