Rites at LeRoy
LEROY. Minn.—Simon E. Boe, 80, a retired farmer, died Sunday at St. Olaf Hospital, Austin. Funeral services were Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Martz Funeral Home in LeRoy and at 2 p.m. at the Marshall Lutheran Church, north of Adams. Burial was in the church cemetery.
Surviving are his wife, six sons, Ervin and Harlan, rural LeRoy; James, Taopi, Vernon and Richard, Banner, Wyoming; Donald, Austin; six daughters, Mrs. John Coreoran, Austin; Mrs. Orville Wignes, Long Beach, California; Mrs. Everett Palmer and Mrs. Chester Hall, Grand Meadow; Mrs. Willis Erie, Dexter; Mrs. Roy Harrington, Taopi; 54 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Emma Osmundson, Mrs. Reuben Wignes, Austin, and a brother, Leonard Boe, Frederick, Wisconsin.
