VIRGINIA ELLA RICE BOALS
Salineville -- Virginia Ella Boarls, 73 of 25 Washington Street, died at 9:42 a.m. Monday, Jan 29, 1990 at Salem Community Hospital, after becoming suddenly ill at home.
She was born Aug 8, 1916 in Salineville, a daughter of Charles and Nola King Rice.
She returned to Salineville in 1972, coming from Woodmere Village, near Cleveland. She was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Salineville United Methodist Church and it RFD class and women's missionary society. She was a member of the Salineville 55 Plus Club.
Her husband Eddie, whom she married June 6, 1934, died Oct 28, 1976.
Survivors include a son, Ronald Boals of Lyndhurst; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Doolittle of South Venice, Fla.; and two grandchildren, Melinda Diaz of Rhode Island and Michael Boals of New York City, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday.
