60, of 123 Foxboro Road, Syracuse, passed away Saturday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Stillson, GA, she graduated from Pembroke Elementary and High School and lived in Syracuse for 40 years. Lucy retired from Fraiser & Jones in 1991 and was an 18-year member of Greater New Testament Missionary Baptist Church, where she served in the Missionary Department for several years and served the sick and shut-in as correspondent.
