Roland B. "Pinky" Shaul, 73, of Hamilton Manor, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007 at Community Memorial Hospital, Hamilton. Born Oct. 25, 1933 in the Town of Minden, he was a son of Harry and Gladys Christman Shaul, and received his education in Earlville schools. Pinky worked for I.L. Richer Feed Co. at Woods Corners in Norwich until his retirement in 1993. He was of the Methodist faith. Pinky was a well known "wheat" penny collector and enjoyed bowling. Three brothers, Dean, Glenn and Howard Shaul, and a nephew, Matt Shaul redeceased him. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Willcox Cemetery, Town of Smyrna. There will be no calling hours. Contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Burgess & Tedesco Funeral Home, 3 Preston St., Earlville.
