Daniel Wayne "Danny" Burnett, 54 of Kinderhook, IL passed away Sunday, June 19, 2016 at his residence. Born on October 11, 1961 in Hannibal, MO, a son of Edward and Shirley Britt Burnett. He married Daisy Mae Embree in 1982 in Pittsfield at the home of Rev. Claybourne.
He worked several years for Louisiana Plastic in Louisiana, MO and at the orchards in Barry and Griggsville. Danny enjoyed hunting, fishing and collecting baseball cards and coins. His Ford truck was his prize possession and he loved taking care of it. He also had a Nova that he enjoyed working on and that he was involved in restoring.
Preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Tim Burnett; half brother, Roy Coultas; and father-in-law, Leonard "Jr" Syrkel.
Survived by his wife, Daisy; a son, Daniel (Erica) Burnett, Jr. of Liberty; a daughter, Amanda Lee (Kevin) Dolbeare of Barry; six grandchildren, Skyler Burnett, Jordan McKenzie, Jonas Michael Anderson, Linnlei, Paislei and Haddlei Burnett; three brothers, David (Janet) Coultas of Hull; Mike (Theresa) Coultas of Quad Cities; Joe Burnett of Missouri; four sisters, Rhonda (Kevin) Watkins of Texas; Connie (Johnny) Myers of Hull; Nancy (John) Ferrell of Barry; Melissa Bradshaw of Hull; and mother-in-law, Marjorie Syrkel.
