Mrs. Margaret M. Myers, 71, of 1765 Lockwood Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, widow of David Myers and former local resident, died last night in Huron Road Hospital, East Cleveland. Mrs. Myers, who had resided in Cleveland for the past 20 years, was born Sept. 1, 1900 in Armstrong County, a daughter of John and Mary Champion Rearigh. She was married to David Myers who preceded her in death Sept. 22, 1966. While in Cleveland, Mrs. Myers was a member of the Windemeere United Methodist Church, East Cleveland. Surviving are three daughters, Miss Gladys Myers at home, Mrs. Betty Deeter and Mrs. Wade Spangler, both of Cleveland; and two sons, John Myers of Oil City and William Myers of Cleveland. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Leafy Gibson of Rocky Grove, Mrs. Clara Miller of Bruin, Mrs. Harry (Veotta) Vogel of Sligo and Miss Kathryn Rearigh of Oil City; two brothers, William Rearigh of Oil City and Miles Rearigh of Brookville; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Myers was preceded in death by a brother, Albert, and a sister, Floris. Friends may call any time after 7 p.m. Saturday in the Joseph Szabat Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Calvary United Methodist Church. The pastor, Rev. Byron Bishop, will officiate, assisted by Cleveland pastor, Rev. T.E. Bl*nk. Interment will be in Salem Cemetery at Frogtown.

Mrs. Margaret Myers -- Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Monday in Calvary United Methodist Church for Mrs. Margert M. Myers, 71, of 1765 Lockwood Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, widow of Foster Myers and a former Oil City resident. Mrs. Myers died Thursday night in Huron Road Hospital, East Cleveland. Rev. J. Byron Bishop, pastor of Calvary Church, officiated, assisted by Rev. T.E. Blank of Cleveland. Eileen Luce, church organist, played organ selections and Allen Cowser presented vocal selections. Interment was in Salem cemetery at Frogtown, Clarion County. Pallbearers were Ron Dehner, William O'Brien, Leslie and Randy Myers, Terry Long and Walter Miller. Attending from a distance were Mrs. Betty Deeter, Gladys Myers, Mr. and Mrs. William O'Brien, Thelma Kennedy, Helen Betler, and Mr. and Mrs. Wade Spangler of Cleveland, Terry Long of Sandy Lake, William Myers of Avon Lake, Ohio, Mrs. Clara Miller of Bruin and Mr. and Mrs. Miles Rearigh of Brookville. Funeral arrangements were in charge of the Joseph Szabat Funeral Home.
