Judith Ann Thomas Jensen, 72, of Guthrie, Oklahoma, passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016. She is survived by her two daughters, Julie Jensen Craig and her husband, Hershel Craig III of Schertz, Texas; Jennifer Jensen Compton and her husband David Compton of Edmond, Oklahoma; and four grandchildren, Mac Compton, Mia Craig, Annie Compton and Simon Craig. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and uncle. Judy loved children and taught kindergarten for over 25 years, most of which were at Christian Heritage Schools in San Antonio, Texas. She was a devoted teacher and tutored at Sylvan Learning Center in Oklahoma City after retiring from full time teaching. She was a longtime member of the MacArthur Park Church of Christ in San Antonio, Texas, until moving to Oklahoma, where she then attended the Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond, Oklahoma, until moving into the Golden Age Nursing Home in 2014. She enjoyed movies, reading and especially her grandchildren. A private family memorial will be held in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, November 26, 2016. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations can be made to the School of Education at Oklahoma Christian University, 2501 E. Memorial Road, Edmond, OK 73013.
