CLARENCE MYERS

Clarence Myers, 50, of Reidsburg, died Tuesday, April 9, at the Oil City hospital from a heart ailment.

He was born February 4, 1896, in Licking township and was a miner by trade. His wife preceded him in death nine years ago.

Surviving are two sons, Harmon of Sligo and Eugene and a daughter, Mrs. Walter Myers of Piney township. Also surviving are two grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Friday at the family home with Rev. Chelton of Sligo officiating. Internment was in the Licking cemetery at Churchville.


CLARENCE MYERS

Clarence Myers, 50, of Shamburg, was admitted to Oil City hospital Sunday, and died early Tuesday morning of a heart ailment. The body was removed to Hawk funeral home in Sligo, and services will be held from the home Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Licking cemetery.

Mr. Myers was born in Licking township, February 4, 1896, and was a miner by trade. His wife preceded him in death by nine years, and he is survived by two sons, Harmon of Sligo, and Eugene of Shamburg, one daughter, Mrs. Walter Myers, and two grandchildren.
