On Sunday November 13th our daughter, sister, aunt and best friend passed from this life into the next.
Cheryl lived life on her own terms, combining a fierce independence with a deep compassion for others.
In her too short time here on earth Cheryl touched many people from all walks of life.
As she began to slip from us stories of her generosity in time, kindness and material possessions came flowing in from around the country.
Ever the champion of those with less she changed more lives than most of us could hope to achieve in the best of circumstances.
Cheryl will be deeply missed by all those who knew her including her constant companion Dakota (who is safe and warm).
Safe travels "Chi Chi Baba", may your journey continue to new and interesting places with spirited conversations deep into the night.
Cheryl is survived by her mother
June,
sister
Stephanie (Laurie),
brother
Mike (Koko),
nephew (Connor) and niece (Bailey).
She is preceded in death by her father William and her grandparents.
The family will be holding a private remembrance in Cheryl's honor, well wishes and kind thoughts will be accepted in lieu of flowers or gifts.
