Rita Burns Mason BRUNSON, SC - Mrs. Rita Burns Mason 57 of Bert Terry Road near Brunson, died early Saturday morning in the Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, after a brief illness. Mrs. Mason was born in Savannah, a daughter of Beverly Heath Crosby and the late George Washington Burns. She had worked in Customer Service with several companies and was a member of Sandy Run Baptist Church Surviving besides her mother of Sylvania, Georgia are: her husband Richard Eugene Mason of Brunson; sons: Chris Wilson of Hampton, Jason Wilson of Rincon, GA; John and Lyle Clemmons of Pooler, Georgia. There are 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 5PM in the Chapel of Peeples Rhoden Funeral Home conducted by Rev. Paul Reid and Rev. Blake Mason. Friends may visit with the family immediately after the service at Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home, 300 Mulberry St. West, Hampton, SC.
