SON OF JUDGE DIES IN HOSPITAL
York-Attorney Michael S. Niles, a resident of Spring Garden township, son of Judge H.C. Niles, of this York county bench, died at 3 o'clock Monday morning in the Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore, following an operation performed last Friday in an effort to correct an abdominal disorder. Six years ago Mr. Niles underwent an operation and since that time he had not been in good health. He was forty-four years and sixteen days old.
