Joe Frederick "Fred" Hodges, 80, of Wadley, Alabama, died on November 16, 2016 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, daughter, two sons, six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three brothers. He was born in Roanoke, Alabama, on April 20, 1936, to James Frederick Hodges and Mary Jo (Turnham) Hodges. He worked at the distrubtion center for Goodyear Tire Company and K-Mart. He was a member of Radney's Chapel Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral: 3:00 p.m. November 19, 2016 at New Hope Christian Church.
